Countdown to the new site

Ok i've been talking about it for way too long now. Within the next 2 weeks, the new site will be up and running. i'm warning you right now IT WILL BE UGLY but that's going to be the great part about it. You'll all get too see the site grow as I continue to improve it and upgrade it.

I'm moving to a new home this weekend and starting a new job next week. I'm also going to be without internet connection (How will I live?) for a week! So the site will probably be just some basic HTML with a bit of content layout but trust me, the site will be changing fast. Every week there should be something noticeable going up. I'm hoping to get a new (more efficient) forum up and running on that site as well.

And the best part if you haven't heard about it is i'll be working on cartoon sketches of FEAR at first which will evolve into flash episodes of our favorite crew. Since this will be my first attempt at doing this kind of stuff, don't expect high quality cartoons but the content will be priceless and i'll improve with time. You can also expect to find yourselves and our former enemies brought to life in this little series.

and i take it as the new site will be hosted, not out own eg. www.fear.com.

yeah this site will be taken down once everyone has transitioned. I was thinking of www.fearstavern.com but maybe fear.com is easier

fear.com would be pretty hard to get wouldnt it ?

you could try something like www.fear.org as well.

btw, they released a bunch of other ones for "adult sites" so they can be more easily identified, so we could use www.fear.sex or www.fear.xxx

I tried uploading a temporary welcome page for now but it looks like the system takes a while to update so just hang on a while and check back often.

Might take a few weeks before we get a forum up and running on the new site but in the meantime i'll be laying out the styles and content of the site so check often to see how i'm progressing and feel free to post feedback in here.

If you notice i'm slacking off send me a good digital kick in the pants
